First Impressions & Demo: Maybelline Color Tattoo 24 HR Shadow

I got this from Kmart for about $7. I don't think it's out anywhere else yet so if you find some at a local Kmart, GRAB THEM! They're definitely worth your money! They last ALL DAY!! The color is beautiful! Great for everyday wear. I just filmed a tutorial using this (you probably saw pics of it at the end) and will be posting that up very soon!

I have oily lids & this pleasantly surprised me. It lasts all day! The color lasts all day. Doesn't smudge at all. Of course if you rub at it, it'll come off ... so don't smudge on it. LOL. =)

My First OOTD!!!

I hope this simple OOTD was helpful! I wanted to show you guys how I would pair the heels that I bought from Target a couple weeks ago, and it was also requested! I hope this gave you a little taste of what I like, I'm just currently getting into scarves, so it was a little weird for me! Haha. But I thought it went okay with the outfit right? As you can see from the video, I'm a super simple and casual dresser, a jeans and a t-shirt will do. Again, I hope you that you enjoyed this simple OOTD and there will be more to come!

Tarte Amazonian Clay Foundation Review

Hey Ladies & Gents!

I have it in the shade Medium and I'm about an NC25-30 in MAC foundations.

REVIEW:
Let me just say, I LOVE THIS FOUNDATION! Great coverage, feels light, stays on all day, and just amazing! When you purchase this foundation, it comes with a brush that is seriously MADE for this foundation. The only downside to the brush is that it soaks up a lot of product, but you get an AMAZING finish with the brush! The price & shipping wait is well worth it! If you've watched my review on this, I also mention that it comes with .7 MORE foundation than a normal foundation would. Normal foundations come with 1 fl. oz. of foundation, where as this one comes with 1.7 fl. oz.! I have oily, acne-prone & sensitive skin. This foundation hasn't broken me out yet and I've been using it for almost 3 months! I love it so much, I will definitely repurchase! It lasts all day on me! Although it states to be full coverage, it's about medium for me. However, that doesn't bother me much as I like more light-medium coverage. Interesting, isn't it? I have a lot of hyperpigmentation! I have lots of past acne marks and even some scars. I still have existing acne, but this foundation hasn't irritated them at all. Bottom line: I love it & will continue to repurchase again and again! (good thing is, I won't have to repurchase that much considering how much foundation you get!)

Bare Minerals & Everyday Minerals Review & Comparison

Hey guys! Sorry it took me so long to update and post this blog!

In the BM, I am in the shade Light which is a little bit too orange but great if you have NC30 skin. In the EDM, I am or was you can say, in the shade Light Medium. It is not too peachy for my skin. I am thinking about trying it again (in a different shade, obviously).

The REVIEW:


The BM has light-medium coverage. You can definitely build it up to full and it'll still feel light on your skin. However, it looks cakey which I think is weird how it works like that. It doesn't break me out, never has and I have been using it for more than a year almost religiously. I do try out other foundations out here and there but always come back to the BM. Don't know why, I just always come back to it. I guess you can say it's my HG foundation, however not one with the best coverage for me. I have a lot of hyperpigmenation on my face from past acne, so it's seriously a hassle to find a foundation that works. I also find that sometimes it can look really patchy like I didn't blend it in well, when in all honesty, I have blended for like 10 minutes. People say that mineral foundation is supposed to be easier and faster to apply, however for me and my skin, it takes me longer than liquid foundation. It doesn't take as much work, it just takes time.

The EDM has light-full coverage, however like I said in my review it feels heavy on the skin and can sometimes look cakey. There are many, many shade options as well as different finishes, so anyone can wear this foundation. The feel of it, however strayed me away from this foundation (as well as the color, but there are many shades so it doesn't really hold me back). I really don't have much to say about this foundation only because I haven't worn it in a while. When and if I do, I'll post up my updated review on here. (:

Chanel Perfection Lumiere Foundation

Yes! It is what it is ... lol. I did recently pick this up, I first went to Macys and had the lady put it on me and she gave me a sample to take home. I completely fell in love with it!! "If you ever leave me baby, leave some morphine at my door ...!" =D Although you know that Chanel products are pretty pricey, their foundations start at $55! BUT! Let me tell ya' so far ...this one has been pretty worth it! I probably will do a review on it in the next couple weeks, I've only used it twice. So once I've gotten a handle on the product, I will share my thoughts! Wooo! Great foundation so far! & Full coverage. (;

Fairy Drops Scandal Queen Mascara Review

Hello ladies!

I didn't want to post a video about this because it's going to be quick and short! First of all, let me tell you about my lashes! My lashes are straight and decently long. I NEED to use a waterproof formula mascara otherwise it won't hold a curl at all! I was very excited about this mascara because it was made in Japan and I thought, well usually asians have the same lashes (or so I've heard) so I picked it up! Unfortunately, it does NOT hold my curl at all! I use a lash curler to curl my lashes and then when I apply it, it droops down and looks like I didn't even curl my lashes. So, unfortunately for me, it's a return. =( If it worked out for you, let me know and lucky you! The packaging is beautiful and the brush is unique! However, the product just didn't cut it for me.

Since Nkuana posted a picture of Nattie, I thought I should post one of Abby! Abby's my doggy. =) She'll be 2 years old on Valentines Day! She's a handful, but I love her! Isn't she cuuute?! She's a Yorkie/Maltese! xD teehee 

Physician's Formula First Impression & Demo

Hey there beauties!!!

This is just a quick video of my first impressions of some Physician's Formula products! I'll list all the products and my thoughts down below. I hope you enjoy!

Healthy Wear SPF 50 Powder Foundation in Natural Beige
I was very disappointed with this "foundation"! It didn't cover anything at all. My face still looked the same as it did AFTER a few applications! The color is really light in the pan, so I'm not sure how it'll look after it oxidizes. The packaging is really cute with the orange and pink case and it comes with a mirror and sponge! However, the product was a fail for me. =(

Magic Mosaic Multi Colored Custom Bronzer - 3846 Light Bronzer/Bronzer
I really liked the bronzer! It's not orange at all! It also comes with a brush and a mirror! You use a little bit more product than you would the Benefit Hoola Bronzer, however it wears even more beautifully (dare I say it!) than the Hoola. =X AND it's cheaper and good for sensitive skin! I like that it's a mosaic bronzer, that way you can customize how light you want the bronzer or how bronzed you'd like to be. Hence, the name of the product. It's a very good bronzer for the price you pay (even though I got it on sale, I'd still repurchase!) If you don't have money or don't want to spend the money on a high end bronzer, this bronzer would be a great alternative!

Mineral Wear Blush - Rosy Glow
This blush is a really subtle pinky blush. It's a really nice color! I wouldn't recommend this color to someone who has NC40ish skin. I don't think it would show that much, however! Maybe it would be a great pinky highlight? It's a really smooth blush and I think it's a great color for any range of skin colors up to NC40 at the most! I would repurchase this!

Alright! I hope this helped you guys in any way possible! Let me know what I should do with the foundation! Should I return it and get something else? Or should I just keep it and try to use it? I'm really itching to just return it and get something else. I'm kind of picky about my products. If I know I won't use it, then I'll return it because it's not worth keeping and just sitting in my makeup stash. But let me know your thoughts on these products! Hope this was helpful!
